Refunds & Returns

Thank You for shopping at www.ikhlaas.co.za. Should you wish to return/exchange an item, please inform us within 7 days of purchase.

Please note: Items will only be eligible to be returned if it meets the following criteria:

• Proof of Purchase
• Product/s has not been used and in its original condition
• Product/s were purchased in the last 7 days
• Product/s is/are damaged.

Unfortunately we do not accept returns on sale items as well as Personalized chocolates.

For returns: You are responsible for shipping it back to us via courier service at your own cost.

Exchanges (where applicable): we only exchange items where its is defective or damaged.

If we have sent out an item which is not the item you have ordered, we will cover the courier cost.

Shipping costs are not refundable.
